Canyon Lake Village Civic Association Inc (CLVCAI)
Board Meetings:
Board meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted. Members are welcome to attend; however, we recommend checking the Association’s website or contacting a Board member in advance to confirm the meeting schedule in case of changes.

The official name of the Association is: "Canyon Lake Village Civic Association, Incorporated", a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping The Village a great place. The Association works under established Bylaws, just click the link to see them.
Association Dues:
Annual dues are $24 per year, per property owner. Owners holding multiple lots in the same name are assessed a single annual dues fee of $24 and are not charged separately for each lot. Dues notices are issued at the beginning of each calendar year. If you are behind on your dues and would like to bring your account current, including any applicable late fees, please contact Vicky Carley or Toni Knight using the contact information above.
PROPERTY OWNER DUES: Property Owner Annual Fee $24.00/Year.
Pool Member Fee. $I50.00/Family/Year (optional).
ASSOCIATE MEMBER DUES: Non-Village Resident Annual Fee $40.00/Year.
Pool Member Fee $I50.00/Family/Year (optional). The total for both is $190.00.
The Canyon Lake Village Civic Association Inc. was established to manage deed restrictions, to oversee and maintain the clubhouse and pool areas and to take care of owners’ concerns related to those areas.
